Texas-based SpaceX is projected to generate $15.5 billion in revenue this year, according to founder Elon Musk. The bulk of this revenue comes from its satellite business, Starlink, which serves clients like United Airlines, Deere, and the U.S. government. This year, Starlink is expected to bring in $12.3 billion, with NASA contributing $1.1 billion in space exploration contracts.
OpenAI ranks second globally with a valuation of $300 billion. So far in 2025, it has reportedly doubled its annualized revenue to $12 billion, fueled by a global user base of 700 million weekly active users.
Following closely is ByteDance, the parent company of TikTok, valued at $220 billion. This year, ByteDance anticipates a 20% revenue growth to reach $186 billion, nearly matching Meta’s projected revenue of $187 billion in 2025.
